To avoid disappointment, bookings should be made as early as possible. Should you require any further details regarding Terms and Conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
There are several methods to book, including directly via the website (www.lalagoonbedandbreakfast.com) which accepts bookings and credit card payment via the "Book Now" button and will direct you to Channel Manager. Alternatively you can contact 02 4934 8682 directly and discuss further. Also available on the website is a "Contact" page which wil send an email with your enquiry.
By booking via any method, you therefore accept our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that payment for any extras, i.e. cooked breakfast is required immediately if not already pre-paid.
Payment by cash, bank cheque or credit card is required in full at time of arrival if not already paid.
For your convenience, we also accept payments via direct bank deposit which can be made prior to your stay.

Refundable $30.00 cash deposit for key is to be paid at time of check in.
As part of check in procedure, guest is required to complete Registration Form and present their photo identification.
Check in times are flexible by arrangement.

Please do not depart without settling your final bill and arranging for the host to inspect your room.
Every effort is made to accommodate guest schedules while taking into account arrival/departure of existing guests and necessary cleaning times.
Late check out after 10.00am is available for an extra fee of $30.00. Please note that room needs to definately be vacated by 11.30am.
Any deposit will be returned in full if more than 48 hours cancellation notice is provided. If less than 48 hours notice is given, this will incur a charge of 20% of the total booking fee.
Two rooms, each with a queen size bed are available and both these rooms are suitable for either a single person (1 person) or a couple (2 people).
Please note that neither queen size bed can be split to make up single beds.
Neither room is suitable for; and does not cater for children under the age of 16 years.
Conditions of Use
Smoking is allowed in only one, designated place outside. Consideration must be given to guests with allergies.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
This accommodation is not suitable and does not cater for children under the age of 16 years.
Damaged or broken items must be reported within 2 hours of your arrival, failure to do so will have the cost of the replacement item added to your account.
Missing items, e.g. towels are added to your account.
Please do not use candles, hair dye, oils and fake tan; and note that any damage that occurs from these will incur an additional cleaning cost and / or replacement of the affected item / area.
Please have consideration for our neighbours and other guests; and minimise noise between 10.00pm and 7.30am.
Please be aware that the peace and serenity of our property is for the enjoyment of our paying guests and note that your visitors are not permitted.
Cleaning and Damage or Loss Charges
Removal of cigarette odours: $200.00.
Removal of candle wax: cost for repair or replacement.
Removal of stains to manchester caused by, red wine, hair dye, fake tan or any such other substance which may cause a stain: minimum $40.00.
Damage/breakage to items will be settled by agreement depending on replacement cost.
Continental breakfast is included in your tariff and includes good quality instant coffee (Coffee Pods are an extra charge). Breakfast is served as arranged to suit the needs of Guest and Proprietor. Gourmet breakfasts must be ordered from our menu list by 4:00pm the day before and is paid separately.
The pool is available for use and there will be an extra charge for pool towels if required at $5.00 per towel. Please note that there is not a Life Guard on duty to supervise swimming, therefore swimming is at your own risk.
While all care and respect of personal belongings will be given, it remains your responsibility to ensure you are covered by insurance relating to your belongings.
La Lagoon Bed & Breakfast offers daily partial cleaning.
Guest/s shall maintain the premises in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Please see conditions of use for additional cleaning charges.
The owner may enter the room/unit during the day or early evening when there is a concern for the room and at any time when there is an emergency.
